PIZZA
––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

Medium: An 11” pizza (63 square inches of toppings)- Perfect for ONE person
with a GOOD appetite or TWO if you aren't so hungry.

Large: A 15” pizza (132 square inches of toppings)- WOW– What a bargain! More than 2x the topping area of the medium pizza. Perfect for 2-4 folks, or buy a large just for yourself and have a traditional italian breakfast— cold pizza. Yumm.

Oh — and they’re not burnt — they’re kissed by the flame!!
But seriously, we are cooking in a wood-fired pizza oven. Because of this there is usually slight blackening on the bottom and the cornicione (the outer rim of the crust). Any blackening on the bottom of the pizza is usually NOT burntness, just potassium rich (that means good for you!) wood ash, just make sure to wipe your lips before you leave.

Lunch Special
Get a personal size (8” or so / 38 in2 of toppings) of any of our pizzas for the low, low price of $7.87. Comes with a small green salad too. Such a deal! Served until 4:00 every day.
